Use our contact form for an order enquiry or formal complaint. A manufacturer or model name identifies a product; it does not, by itself, state that this store is owned by that brand or is an authorised dealer. Any additional relationship or guarantee must be expressly stated.

Using the store and placing an order

Provide accurate information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. You must have the legal capacity to enter the transaction, or the legally required assistance. Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful transactions or interference with the service.

An order acknowledgement records the order details. If we cannot supply the agreed goods, we will notify you and deal with the order and any payment in accordance with your legal rights. We will not send an alternative product or charge an increased price without your agreement.

Product details, compatibility and condition

Check the exact model, specification, dimensions, voltage, connectivity and included accessories before ordering. Tell us about any particular purpose or compatibility requirement on which you need to rely. Product condition, such as refurbished or open-box, must be clearly described where relevant.

Images help identify the product but do not override an accurate description or your statutory rights. If a material description or pricing error is discovered, we will explain it promptly and handle any accepted order lawfully; an error notice is not a blanket exclusion of our obligations.

Prices and payments

The currency is identified on the store and at checkout. The total payable, including applicable taxes, delivery and any agreed service charges, must be available before you confirm payment. Payment options are those actually offered at checkout and may be subject to the relevant provider’s disclosed terms.

We may need reasonable checks to verify an order or payment. If a verification request is unclear, contact us through the site before providing further information. We will not ask you to send your payment-card security code or account password through a support message.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Shipping and delivery explains delivery options, charges, timing and delays. Returns and refunds explains the seven-day online cooling-off right where applicable, relevant exceptions and remedies for defective goods. Those rights are part of these terms and are not replaced by a shorter store rule or a manufacturer’s process.

Warranties, repairs and installation

Mandatory product-quality rights apply where the law provides them. Any additional manufacturer or supplier warranty applies only on its stated terms for that model and is in addition to statutory rights. We do not promise an unconfirmed warranty period, installer, collection service or service network.

Where a separately charged repair or installation service is offered, its scope and price must be agreed first. We will obtain required authorisation before carrying out chargeable work or additional work. See Warranty and product help for assistance.

Account security and records

If you use an account, keep your sign-in details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. Save your order acknowledgement, invoice and relevant product information. Where an account or order-status service is available, you may use it to view the records it provides. Contact us if you need a copy of an order record that you cannot access.

Personal information and website content

Our Privacy and cookies notice explains personal-information use, service providers, cookies and your choices. Marketing permission is separate from agreeing to buy a product.

Store content and product brands remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may use the site for ordinary shopping and keep the information reasonably needed for your transaction. Do not misrepresent an affiliation with this store or use its services to mislead others.

Responsibility and your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that may not lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for defective or unsafe goods, fraud or other mandatory consumer protections. Any assessment of a claim must take account of the law and the circumstances; no blanket “all sales final”, “use at your own risk” or mandatory store-credit rule applies to statutory claims.

Complaints, law and changes

Send the relevant order information and the outcome you are seeking through our contact form. We will consider the complaint and explain our response. You may use an applicable ombud, the National Consumer Commission, the Information Regulator for privacy matters, or another lawful remedy.

South African law applies, subject to mandatory protections that cannot be contracted out of. Updated terms apply to future dealings and do not retrospectively remove rights from an existing order. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms operate only to the extent permitted by law.
